These .flv clips are only for current YSB Members, and they already have this player installed ; therefore :
- either you are a Member of YSB and got a problem, then please go to YSB support ; (or see again how to install the player)
- or you are not a YSB Member, and you did not notice all the warnings about that...
In such case, probably the only solution is to visit YSB and signup for a great value-for-money.

There is nothing to cancel,
you are charged only once :-)
